Practical Magic Monday Motivation Video: Create a Positive State of Mind

In this week’s Practical Magic Monday Motivation video, I’m going to demonstrate NLP anchoring, which is an incredibly simple, yet affective tool to help you shift your mind and body into a positive state. Once you’ve learnt how to anchor states, you’ll be able use them you need them.

Anchoring helps to:

  • Bring in any state you want, i.e. whether you want to feel calm, confident, energised

  • Create a positive body state, which leads to positive thinking

  • Shift negative thinking by adopting positive body language

  • Connect mind power and emotional power
