The Practical Magic Retreat in Ibiza takes place at a time of year when the turning of the season brings attention inward.

Where you will will come home to yourself
Nestled amongst nature with beauty in every direction, Can Planetas is a historic 200 year old Ibiza finca perched on top of a hill with breathtaking views over the valley that capture the wild beauty of the northeast coast of the Island.
Catch the ever-changing light of the day, and dance amongst the change of season. You will witness the sun gently rising on the horizon each morning as you enjoy a delicious sunrise yoga session, and enjoy basking in the warmth of the sun’s glow throughout days that feel like they could go on forever.
With acres of space for relaxation and reflection the land - brimming with palm trees, olive trees, almond trees and all kinds of Mediterranean plants - it is the ideal place to take a wander in a timeless world, and plant your seeds of intention.
There will be time for endless dips in the large infinity pool, or releasing it all to the ocean. Some of the most beautiful beaches of the Island are within a 10 minute reach by car.

ROOM CHOICES & RETREAT COSTS
Each bedroom within the finca has all the charm of true Ibizan style with antique furniture from the island. The space has an intimate feel, yet plenty of space in each room and around the house to have time for yourself, as well as spending time with your fellow retreat guests for beautiful connection & conversation.
You have the options to choose from a suite through to king size, double room or single room - which you will have to yourself. Or you can share a spacious twin room, which is a perfect option if you’re coming to the Practical Magic retreat with a friend.
Sunrise Suite
A wonderfully large and spacious room with super-comfy king size bed. With your own bathroom and a balcony with views out over the valley towards the sea. You also have direct access to a roof terrace for a little extra sun worshipping.
The perfect space for some down time, and a little luxury for your week’s stay.

There are three king-sized rooms available throughout the main house and guest house for you to sleep, siesta & surrender to the magic of it all. All with beautiful views across the valley leading down to the sea.
The king room in the guest house (just a short distance from the main house) has its own bathroom.
The two king rooms in the main house share a bathroom, where you can enjoy a bath whilst gazing out over the valley (it’s truly stunning). There’s a separate loo!

Comfortable and cosy double rooms are available in the main house, which are perfect for your week’s stay and a good night’s sleep. Both have access out to the beautiful gardens. They share a bathroom in the green wing of the house. There’s a separate loo!

A twin room in the guest house with super comfy beds. The guest house is just a short walk from the main house with it’s own lounge, kitchen and large terrace overlooking the valley and sea.
These rooms are perfect for sharing with a friend you are coming on retreat with or the new soul sister you are about to meet.
There is an option to make the twins into solo occupancy room if sharing is just not for you.
All share a bathroom, and have a separate loo.

Magic Retreat, Magic Food
We are joined for the Practical Magic Retreat by Tess Prince of Love Food Ibiza who will be sharing a thoughtfully crafted vegan & vegetarian ayurvedic inspired menu with ingredients sourced from her garden & organic farms on the Island. Tess is an extraordinary chef and food writer, and consultant chef at the famous Pikes and Ibiza Rocks on the Island.
Believe me when I say, the food that Tess creates with such love for us is a magical element to the week, you will want to take Tess home with you!
But she's not just going to cook for us, Tess is also going to share how to make one of her most popular dishes, that we will then enjoy for a sunset beach picnic on the mystical Benirras Beach.
Expect magic, relaxation, deep connection and fun in equal measure
How you will spend your time at the Practical Magic retreat
You may either be a ‘rock up and surrender’ kind of woman, or you may wish to know what to expect from the Practical Magic Retreat, what’s set out below will give you a feel and a flavour for the experience that awaits you from this 7 day magical retreat.
On the afternoon of Sunday 8 October you will arrive at Can Planetas in Santa Eularia (from 5pm onwards) to get yourself settled into your room and stunning surroundings of our home for the week. We will gather for our first meal together and then gather together in circle for a candlelit opening circle on the first evening.
As you wake each day you will have the option for sunrise yoga followed by a meditation and breathwork session, or you may desire an early morning dip in the pool.
After a delicious breakfast we will gather for morning intention setting with a journal prompt to invite you to connect in with the theme of each day, and your reflections of your journey in life, each day is a part of the week’s journey to help you drop from your head to your heart.
Mid morning we will gather back together to remember your wise, wild & free with a Qoya session, after which you will be more than ready for a delicious vegan or vegetarian lunch.
The afternoon is yours to do whatever you wish to do; be that sleep, read, swim, spend time in nature, write, journal, get creative explore the Island, enjoy a massage, or head to the beach — whatever your heart desires.
We will be heading out for a couple of excursions to some of Ibiza's most sacred sites throughout the week too!
We join back together for a delicious dinner, and then you will relax into the evening for some much-needed rest, or chill time.
One evening we will be heading out to the beautiful Benirras Beach for a sunset beach picnic to enjoy the delicious food that Tess will be teaching us to make.
The week is carefully curated to ensure both spaciousness and integration are interwoven with deep work and reflection. We will honour the essence of the feminine throughout the week with plenty of space and flow.

20:00 onwards: Evening relaxation
Please note this schedule is subject to variations based on some activities which may be suited to the afternoon.
For 2023 you will enjoy some afternoon and evening excursions, including the Cosmic Pineapple Closing Party at the famous Pikes Hotel.

Purveyor of all things Practical Magic, Kate Taylor is not an ordinary life coach, she’s a Practical Magic life design & empowerment coach, Master NLP Practitioner, author, Qoya teacher, and lover of disco balls, a bright red lip and a little too much leopard print.
Having run retreats, workshops and live wellbeing events for the past 8 years (including her own wellbeing festival, The Awakening), Kate’s nurturing, fun and creative nature along with fierce loving hugs and a soft, yet incredibly powerful ability to hold space for your breakthroughs and transformational moments throughout the week & beyond.

Terms & Conditions
Your deposit must be paid in full with your application to confirm your space on the retreat. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless your application is not accepted into the retreat programme. Once bookings are made, spaces are non-refundable. You can however transfer your place to another person.
If paying by payment plan, your payment plan must be initiated within the first month of paying the deposit. All payments should be paid in a full 8 weeks ahead of the retreat commencement date.
Your booking is 100% confirmed once all monies have been received for your booking.
Airfare, airport transfers, extra excursions, additional treatments (outside of the retreat schedule), payment fees and travel insurance are not included. We strongly advise you purchase full trip insurance to protect yourself against illness, emergencies and changes in your circumstances.
Please note that in the event of the retreat being postponed due to restrictions being placed on travelling and gathering due to COVID-19 we will offer an alternative date for the retreat to take place.
